We offer complimentary outdoor parking. We have outdoor garages that are 10'x20' private stalls that are available to rent. A garage is $90/month. You can start a garage lease any time during your lease, and it runs in tandem with your apartment lease. The garage lease cannot be ended earlier than the apartment lease. We also have underground parking available for $75/month. It works the same as a garage lease. It is a 10'x20' stall underneath the building.

Pet Policy

We are pet friendly. We have a maximum limit of 80 lbs for animals. Cats are $25/month for pet rent. Dogs are $50/month for pet rent. There is a $250 deposit and $250 non-refundable application fee for each dog and cat. Other animals need to be approved on a case-by-case basis. Dogs and cats must be up-to-date at all times with their vaccinations, and documentation must be provided to the office. All dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered. We have breed restrictions for dogs - we do not allow Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds or any mix thereof.
